Hi there. You enter your shipping charges in the area listed as "shipping tools". Click on Maximize and scrool down to enter the amount. As far as it not showing on the preview, I am not sure why it doesn't other than it just doesn't. Just like your feedback rating will not be correct. Don't worry though, it will all list correctly.
