Shipping details still not working correctly!

Hi,
The Shipping details still not working correctly does anyone have any up to date information on when it will be working again please. Listing new items, I am really finding this hard work, keeps coming up with a fault message therefore not passing the error test. I would appreciate if anyone has any up to date information as to when all will be back to normal, thank-you!
