shipping discount & simular listing headaches

Grrrr...Auctiva is frustrating me! two issues. (1) recently, all my listings now have "discould available" highlighted next to my shipping quote. I NEVER asked for this and have had numerous people try to explain how I get this to stop, nut none of teh suggestions have fixed the problem! (2) when I use "create simular" listing I typically remove the old photos and then upload the new photos to thte listing. For some reason it puts the new photos on the bottom "out of my template I selected!! Instead of replacing the old photos... Im frustrated and taking a break for now. Any advise would be helpfull!!
