Reply to "Shipping info wrong"

I am still unable to post with accurate shipping info. Items are rejected by ebay because there is no domestic postage entered, although it is in my seller details and I've added it again in ads.
The only way I can post now is to remove all shipping details before listing and then revise live.
Any idea when this will be fixed?
