We are aware that eBay recently added the ability to specify flat rate shipping for doestic shipments and calculated for international and vis versa, and we will be adding this option to our website as well with a future release.

I do not have a good idea when this development may take place at present, however, you are welcome to check back with us periodicallty and we'll be happy to provide you with a status update if any additional information has become available.
