Hi there! I'm new to the site so I am not very familiar with sending parcels abroad. I recently got a scammer who claimed unauthorized payment on their paypal, and need to send something to the address in order to reclaim my funds. I tried estimating postage but it would not let me choose a province as I am from Canada. It only allowed me to choose a state. I also selected Canada as my ebay site but it did not help.
