Shipping tool problem?

I opened several saved listing and when I go to shipping costs I can't change or enter an amount into the each additional item field the amount is showing light gray and some listings are not showing any dollar value. Has Auctiva locked this field so that Ebay shipping rules can't be overrided?
I'm also getting error messages on some of listings regarding third party checkouts and shipping errors that are very confusing??
Any one else having problems?
