Reply to "showcase is all messed up."

Hi,
Yes i already had auctions in my store. I called today and the help i got said my items were showing up on the auctions but i still cannot see them. I see everyone elses on their pages but i cannot see mine. He said they were running and he could see them. I cant see them. Do you know why/
