I am using a custom template that has no active content -- just one image used as a sidebar. Last week when I previewed a listing I was preparing I noticed that the template image was very, very small. I reported this as an issue and I was told that the preview is not supposed to be an exact replica of an eBay listing. I know that. The description section of the preview was always pretty close, but now it was way off. The image was maybe 10% its original size.
I added a link to my support case so that someone in support could take a look and see what I was talking about. I was told that my "suggestion" was already passed on to the product management team. This was no suggestion --- it was an actual issue caused by something that someone at Auctiva changed, maybe related to active content. Oddly enough, it's only affecting listings I've posted since reporting the issue.
I hope someone at Auctiva will read this and make sure this issue is fixed.
