By the way you California guys shouldn't get too upset about us NEW YAWKERS breaking your chops. If you wanted you probably could go surfing today while I am in an apartment with no freaking heat because of a broken boiler and a landlord on vacation. Not to mention 3 cats who are really close to going for a swim in the east river wearing nothing but a burlap sack for a wet suit.
