You hard coded a bunch of spaces between the sentences:

We are in the process of downsizing

Revise the listing on eBay to remove those spaces and the listing will stretch normally. To do that go to the W in "We" and then just start erasing until you get to the c in "card." Then just type in the word card again, hit enter a few times to go down a few lines like you have it and type the W in we if you need to.
