I can't believe it! Been working for 2 hours w/o a problem!!!!

The part of the above post that says:
Our IT team located the problem that was likely accountable for the behavior described in this thread last night
still bugs me because they're acting like they "just found out about it!" last night, and like they fixed it ASAP when that is not the case - they ignored our complaints for a whole week before they took any action.

But for this hour, I'll be grateful it's working as should. Not going to stop pasting my new descriptions into Word though so I don't lose them. It's happened before this week and I'm sure it will happen again.
