when a person schedules a snipe, they can set what time they want it to kick in, as well as max amount they're willing to pay. so, even if theyre set for kicking in at the same time, the highest one will win between the two.

if theyre both for same amount and both set to kick in at same time, then the one that ebay gets first will win between the two.
