I'm sorry to hear of your frustration. I am not aware of any technical problems that would explain why you would see a picture of a beach in place of your gallery images, but there is a current technical problem on eBay side of things that is causing them not to display gallery images for some items.
In each of the cases of this nature we have reviewed so far, the image that was submitted to eBay as the header/gallery image is showing up in the header area but is not showing up in the gallery, which is indicative that eBay has the image URL but has not been able to make the copy for display in the gallery.
We have compiled several examples of this behavior and opened a support case with eBay's Developer Support team to make sure they are aware of the problem and hopefully it will be resolved in the near future, but I would also recommend that anyone encountering this problem report it to eBay's customer support team as well.
I have not received any details suggesting when the problem may be resolved at this point, but I will keep the threads about this issue on our Community Forum updated as additional information becomes available.
