You have a good point. If I was paying for this service, I would be going off and makin' a big fuss. But it is totally free, for goodness sakes!!!! It saves me TONS of money each month and I can't think of one thing off the top of my head that I dislike about Auctiva. I remember a while back when all of our pics disapeared from active listings....that was a littl nerve racking and although it didn't greatly affect me b/c I had a couple days on my auctions left, I am sure that it probably causes A LOT of trouble with other auctions. But it happen on some holiday weekend (cant remember), on a Sunday and it was recognized and fixed. They did a great job addressing our concerns.
I say BRAVO! to the Auctiva staff. You rock!
