So the Store is just for Auctions?

I gather that the Auctiva store is only tied in to E-bay and only items listed to sell there can be put in the store.

But the thing is there is a link that says Auctions Only so it gives the impression that there are items for sale that are not up for auction.

Can someone splain? Thanks
