Some of my listings have imported some have not and bid amt missing

But about 15 others are missing, also it doesnt show any items starting bid just -- , is that normal? I noticed that no items that end earlier than 4/4 are listed, just from that date forward.. I looked around to find the answer for this but didnt see one.
