Thank you for the response,
First, my ebay store categories and my Auctiva store categories are exactly the same. I and someone from Auctiva has helped me update them. The categories work fine on Ebay. I am setting my keywords to "any" in the search categories section of the store tab. By my site, I mean my URL/ Auctiva store: crownautotoys.com. When I click on a category from the home page, it says there are no items to display. I know I'm probably just missing something minor.
