Very good, Dave. I appreciate the good service attitude.

I owned a service business for 25 years and service departments don't impress me easily. I'm not going to blow smoke up your gazeetus about how great your service is. If you're a real service man, you will appreciate that fact.

However, I believe in putting credit where credit is due. So far, my short experience with you and Auctiva's customer service is good, I am satisfied, and I encourage you to keep up the good work.
