This goes to show that both customer service and management are on the same page as far as tolerance on the boards.
The dropping the B bomb towards another isn't nor should it be tolerated nor should personal accusations towards another.
I've been on these boards close to 7 months. I've seen 2 threads locked and never have I seen posts deleted.
Now isn't it coincidental? Those postings weren't due to our regular members...but others that come over to visit. Hmmmmmmmmmmmm...things that make you go hmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
This bodes well when management and all customer service work in tandem together.
