If you are referring to using the Spell Checker inside the description editor, we are not aware of any widespread issues with the spell check tool in the description editor of accounts where it fails to operate entirely in any browser. However, without the details of what you are experiencing, it is difficult to say what may be occurring. If you are using the older version of the description editor, it may not be compatible with current browsers, and you may need to adjust your account preferences to use V2.0 of the description editor.

If you are already using the newer version of the description editor and are still encountering trouble using the description editor Spell Check tool, please feel free to file a support case from under the Help tab of your account letting us know the details of what you encounter and the text of any error message that may occur so we can take a look into it for you.
