I think the article is somewhat misleading. It clearly stated during the registration process that this is a '4 Weeks free trial'. So this is NOT free, unless someone can verify.

This is what's posted under the 'payment' tab,

Your credit card will not be charged unless you buy additional postage or Stamps.com products, or if you continue past the NO-RISK 4-week trial period ( only $15.99 per month ).
