I went ahead and signed up for this after reading the posts here. Thanks for the info, all-about-kidz.

I have been searching for ways to save on shipping as I am barely keeping my head above water right now. I have way too many customers asking why my shipping costs are so high. I have been using Flat Rate Priority and charging a handling fee. I ship mostly vintage jewelry. I try to keep my prices as low as I can and still make a profit. Customers object to paying more for shipping than they do for the product.

I could probably send most of my items first class cheaper. Now I can print first class postage and I won't have to go to the post office! I bet it also increases my sales!

I just hope there aren't any hidden costs I didn't see when I read the terms and conditions.
