STOP DOING UPDATES DURING BUSINESS HOURS!!!!

Is it me or is Auctiva management full of idiots?! I do not know of any company where it's customers are reliant on their site that do updates FIRST THING In the morning!! These idiots still don't get it OR, don't want to pay their employees to come late at night to perform updates...Auctiva management, home of the idiots!
