Store and Scrolling Window Pics Gone!

All of my externally hosted store and scrolling gallery photos have disappeared! I opened a support case with Auctiva days ago. They know there is a problem, but have no solution so far. Have since added new listings, but no photos showing for those either. Am I the only one experiencing this??
