Store categories disappear after relisting

It seems like unless you create your listing through Auctiva, your store categories disappear.

When I make my listings through eBay and they end, I come to Auctiva to re-list them only to find that the store categories that I set are gone. So, if i re-list them back on eBay they won't have a store category.

Any solution for me here?
