Reply to "store image couldn't be updated"

Wow, I got a speedy reply! Here's what they said: "Thank you for contacting customer support.

When you make an edit to your header/gallery images in eBay it requires an email to Auctiva to update the image.

Usually gallery images are imported only once when the item is listed. However we can update gallery images manually.

I will refresh your gallery and you should see the result within one half hour.
