Thanks for letting us know. I have initiated a command to create your missing Auctiva store/store window images and you should see the results within 30 minutes or so.
Our engineering department is aware of this issue and is currently working on a fix, however, at this point, I do not have a good idea when it will be resolved. In the mean time, whenever you encounter a similar problem, please let us know by filing a support request, and we'll get it corrected for you as soon as possible.
