Hi! I just did this on one of my auctions where I did not want to show the store window. When you go into eBay to revise your item, go into where you revise your description. Now, look at the top of the window where it shows your item description. There should be 2 tabs: One says "Standard" and the other says "Enter your own HTML". CLick on the html one. (You have to remove the html that causes the store window to show up.) After you click on it, scroll down until you see where it says "Storewindow" and then there is alot of html after that and below. Well, delete everything from the "Store Window" on. Just highlight and then delete or cut.
