Store rolling window image problems

Hi I'm a long term ebayer but noobie at auctiva. I have currently set up all my auctions and store items through ebay and noticed that auctiva bar/scrolling window automatically appeared in them without my help. This i thought was fab, very clever... then i noticed this little bar started to go wrong.

As i revise my items and listed new items through the ebay site the little bar did'nt keep up and has got a bit confused. Is there a way i can refresh it or reimport these listings into auctivas memory?

The revised items are still showing the previous products image on the bar, even tho the ebay listing shows the correct one. Also the newly listed items were first listed without photos, i have now attached photos to ebay but the wee bar doesnt seem to know this.

Anyone please help, ive tried pressing all kinds of buttons on this site to with no change.
