store window?

Hi! Not sure if this is the problem that is being worked on and should be done by Friday.

No pics in my store window. I had them about an hour ago, but not now. I have checked other ebayers that use Auctiva and they have pics in their windows.

Is it me? hee,hee

Just wasn't sure if this was ongoing for all or if I needed to file a support case.
