Store window color do not work after changing color theme.

I have changed the store window color by using the "color theme". Only a few listings work, other listings remain the same. I understand it takes hours to update changes, but my changes are made 3 days ago. Please help.

One more question, I changed the store settings too, from Style 1 to Style 2. Style 1 shows 25 listings per page, but Style 2 only shows 8 listings per page. How can I make it to 25 listings per page in Style 2.
