Hi deecy,

Disabling the store window in your setting merely stops the insertion of the store window into your newly created listings.

To remove the store window from your active listings you must delete the store window html from the html description using eBay's "Revise Item" form. The html description can be found at Auctiva -> Store -> Store Window -> Store Window HTML. The store window html lies between ASW tags.

Until our current bandwidth situation is resolved, we're limiting the number of items displayed in the store window to 8, and turning off the store window during peak hours.
