In the intervening 7 days I had closed my account with Auctiva, only checking my listing and seeing the store window was still there made me reactivate it to find out what was going on.

Can it be right that even though you aren't displaying my images and that the store is disableded and I have closed my account you window still boldly scrolls on my ebay pages? If you don't have the resources to fulfill the expectations of your customers you should remove the windows from your website, having them on Ebay only encorouges other naive people to sign up to sub standard service.

My store window shows 2 or 3 images I have 25 in my shop, the store window has never shown more than two or three images and I always had 25 in my shop.
