Store window failing to update

I tried Auctiva on a couple of my auctions and i'm glad i did not put the store window on them all. Start date was 1st Nov. On 2nd nov i filed with support to say window not updating - they said they would prioritise it. i filed again on 5th nov, same response, i filed again on 8th Nov and the window is still showing two items - one of which finished last week and other which has been revised. None of my other 15 or so items are shown at all. The result is I have an auction which has several auctiva "click here to see my other item " links and of course they do not work. I've now put a note on the listing saying this. I've only left the store window in place so i can see if it gets fixed.
As support can only say they will prioritise but then nothing happens does anyone else know what i can do before i write off Auctiva as not working? If you want to see the one item that has auctive on it take a look at 230046624620
