Reply to "Store window failing to update"

Hello cmist.
I upped my pester rate with support to a daily question and the answer has changed from "putting it on priority to sort out" and they have come back and told me they have tried to do it, it won't work, they are not sure why BUT THERE IS NO MORE THEY CAN DO. So it is unlikely anyone on this board can help me as there is a problem here which looks to be terminal for me.
This is a pity as the store window was a good feature and support always came back quickly with a responce even if nothing was achieved in the end. Regards Steve.
