Store window not appearing on all my auctions

I'm very new to Auctiva. I have a question reguarding the store window (which I think is great!). It isn't appearing on all my auctions. Is there something that I am doing incorrectly. I've read past forums and I understand it may take awhile to update, however newer listings are showing the store window and later ones are not. Please help :
