Store Window Not Appearing on Auction Pages

Within the last week I have noticed that my auction window doesn't load when viewing my auction listings. There is the Auctiva icon but no window at all. I checked my settings and everything is enabled and I know it's probably something I'm doing wrong. I have tried using different browsers to view the window but no luck there. Here's one of my auctions..
