Store Window not showing

I have noticed that for the last week or so, my store window has not been showing on my auctions. It does it IE, but not in Firefox which I use as my browser. It has done in the past, but just recently stopped. All I get is a dead picture symbol that links me to macromedias site to download flah which I have done, and verified that I have the latest version of flash installed, yet it still doesn't work.
It seems to work on other computers. Anyone got any ideas??
