Hi. Up until a few days ago, the store window was appearing in my listings just fine. After downloading the new flash update for Firefox, the store window no longer appears, but it works OK in IE. I looked at the HTML for the store window on the Auctiva site and noticed it was now different to what I had included in my listings, so I revised a listing to replace the old HTML with the new HTML and the store window appears. It would seem that the old HTML for the store window is somehow not compatible with the new version of flash. I have lodged a support request.
