Reply to "Store window not updating"

You need to file a support request for this issue..its obviously enabled or you would not have one period. It should have posted them within a few hours. You can send a support request by going to the help page and scrolling down to the bottom. You will see the link there. Be sure to allow auctiva to send you email or you may not see their response. Check your junk mail folder if you dont see a response...or you can just go back to the help page and scroll down again and there is a link to veiw an ongoing request.
