I have been relisting only once - dealing with the missing images and then if the item still doesn't sell, using my saved ad and changing the format to store and relaunching thru Auctiva. I did not use the gallery for a long time, but everyone swears their sales have tripled so I thought I would give it a shot.

I am second guessing that idea now. I have not seen an improvement in sales, just watchers.
