Hi. When you are editing changes to your store you will notice on the pop up page where you add the photo for your "Logo" are there is a small note that states "*Note: You must size your image to 270 pixels by 100 pixels in order to display the image without distortion. Filename length is limited to 200 characters." This means that you will have to use some kind of photo editor to size your image to thoase dimensions or it will always be distorted. I apologize if this is any inconvienence. If you do not have this capability I will be happy to help. I just need to know if this your username is the same for your Auctiva account also what folder the image is in that you want sized.
