Storing Buyer Information.....

I have searched the message boards for this information without success. I hope a number of you will respond. Someone once said, "Two heads are better than one, even if one is a knothead."

I'm curious and interested. How do you store your buyers information, i.e., name, email, shipping address, phone, etc.? Have you built an Excel or Access db? I know eBay maintains that info, but only for 45 days. I want something that is permanent.

In Mpire and Blackthorne this information was automatically imported into a buyer's database. But, those were (Mpire no longer around), are (Blackthorne) for fee tools.
