BroJames I do this very simply by cut and paste into notepad and saving. I suppose once I get up and really running I will have to build/find some sort of sheet to store this info. at present good old notepad works and I just make one for each month.it strikes me that years ago when I working at a pawn shop and we used Auctiva(the paid version)it had this feature built into it.it was also a lot easier to list weth it. Not complaining about the free version however
