1.) The first time I did what you said, everything I'd written had showed up, but not the template. This time, every thing did show up, including the template. I'm not sure if I did it differently last time, but I did use the HTML code. Regardless...thanks!
2.) The same error is coming up as it did last time, and since Ebay just waived an insertion fee, I want to know what this means and want to insure I'm not re-listing another item:
"You can not submit your listing due to the following problems
Attention Seller:
"In order to maintain a safe trading environment, selling limits are occasionally placed on accounts. At this time, you are not able to list this item.

What should I do? Should I hit "Submit Revisions?"
