Auctiva wouldn't restrict your ability to do a Revise listing on ebay.

If you are getting the error on ebay trying to Revise, that wouldn't be anything at Auctiva's end. If it were mis-categorized due to submission error, that could be a problem. Once they drop the hammer, new listings are also rejected for the same reason.

That may be a restricted category now with so many fakes/mislabeled on the market. Yes, the problems have gotten that serious, and ebay is suspending and limiting left and right on stuff before you even get a chance to read about a policy change.
