auctiva recognizes these 3 issues as their problem but it is not a priority so they don't get fixed.

i am still waiting for them to fix the latest problem which they acknowlege as their issue.
when i choose GTC it shows on ebay in the listing as 30 days.

the problem is not about the insurance and i only mention it so i can give auctiva more business.i felt sorry for them when they lost the advertising dollars from ebay last summer.just trying to be loyal customer..

auctiva has told me that the other 2 problems have been put on the back burner indefinitely.
