auctiva has told me that the other 2 problems have been put on the back burner indefinitely.

The only thing I can figure on the GTC problem is that it would have to be template related as I am up to 120 new listings this week and all are holding GTC as they have been.

I don't know how it could be template related but that would be the only difference as I use a custom template.
