Reply to "SYSTEM IS SO SLOW and times out"

It seems strange that this has only just been reported by a member yet it has been slow and 'hanging' all evening in UK. Have we come to expect service levels like this as 'normal'? I sincerely hope not because it is a BIG waste of time and re-typing.
